Ordering Threads: Color cards are always a problem. Some thread companies don't have them and even we must order from a list of numbers. Other threads will differ so much from one dye lot to another that a color card is of little use. Some companies have a printed color card, others have actual thread samples. Be warned that the latter tend to be pricey. We appreciate it when you know the color you want by number. Otherwise, we often find that estimating the color using say, a DMC floss color number, is quite useful.
