Placing an Order
To order any of the items listed on these pages, call 1-800-660-4355 during our business hours. We are open Monday through Saturday from 10 AM to 5:30 PM mountain time.

Payment: We accept American Express, Discover Card, Mastercard,Visa, money order or your personal check. Orders will generally ship within 48 hours of receiving payment. If you pay by personal check we will wait for your check to clear before shipping your order.

Shipping: We usually ship smaller items priority mail through the US postal service. Larger, more valuable orders are usually sent FedEx Ground. If you are in a big hurry we can arrange speedier service for an additional fee.

Returns: We are committed to selling quality products. We will accept certain merchandise for exchange or refund if you return it in a timely manner with your sales receipt. Merchandise submitted for return must be in saleable condition and contained in its original packaging. Return items within 10 days of receipt.

Books, patterns, knitting needles and other tools, custom cut fabrics or canvas, paternayan persian, opened kits and sale merchandise cannot be returned.
